The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, making it easy for us seniors to navigate around. The hotel had convenient access with elevators, making it hassle-free for us to move around with ease.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could provide more assistance for senior guests.

The room at Hotel Residence Universo was great! After a long day of exploring, I could relax in the cozy seating area. The kitchenette, though at an extra cost, was a welcome addition. The private bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries made me feel pampered. I loved that some rooms had views of the stunning Dente del Gigante mountain peak or the Pré Saint Didier thermal baths. Plus, the free toiletries and hair dryer were a nice touch.

Incredible experience! The gentleman at the reception was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL, super friendly, and helpful. The room had a jaw-dropping view of the mountains. Location is fantastic, only a stone's throw away from the spa. The staff was incredibly polite and courteous. Rooms were spacious, and the food at the nearby bar/lounge area was mind-blowing. Can't wait to come back for a winter holiday!

Thin walls, no resturant, the water went on and off, very small elevators, heavy keys to the room, like a 1970 year rooms,

The hotel offered great amenities that helped make my business trip much more comfortable. the cozy rooms were spacious and had a fantastic shower, allowing me to relax after a long day of work. the location was perfect, situated near key transportation hubs to make travel around the area easy. Finally, the hotel also offered a sauna and jacuzzi to help ease away any stress.

The only negative aspect that I experienced was that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking. while the hotel was supposed to be smoke-free, I did notice a noticeable smell of smoke in the hallways from guests who chose to smoke in their rooms.
